Ingredients
Serves 1
- 2 slices bread
- 2 baby gem or cos lettuce leaves, torn
- 120g cooked skinless turkey breast, shredded
- 20g cranberry sauce
- 15g mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper
Method
Layer all the ingredients up in between your slices of bread, season with a little salt and pepper and serve.
