Dr Megan Rossi's Berry Yoghurt Clusters
These easy-to-make gut-loving yoghurt clusters are the perfect, healthy treat.
For the tzatziki
Mix the chicken pieces together with the dried oregano and a little salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan and cook the chicken pieces for a few minutes until cooked through and starting to turn golden. Remove from the pan and set to one side.
Mix together the ingredients for the tzatziki then set to one side.
Add the salad leaves, tomatoes, onion, cucumber and olives together in a bowl and top with the feta, vinegar and extra virgin olive oil.
Serve the gyros bowl with the chicken, tzatziki and pitta bread.
You can use the same amount of low-fat or fat-free yoghurt if preferred.
