Big news! The Joe Wicks Festival is back at Kew for the second year – and it’s bigger and better than before.
It’s the ultimate, feel-good wellbeing festival, full of fitness, activities, and family-friendly fun. There will be ice baths, massages, laughter yoga, and live workouts with Joe. Who’s in?!
The festival will be on from 9.30am-6pm on Sunday 6 July, and full of activities that both adults and kids can enjoy. Have a peek of what happened at last year’s festival.
Here’s what to expect at the Joe Wicks Festival 2025:
Joe Wicks will be kicking off the day on the main stage – welcoming everyone to the festival. Our main stage area will have fitness activities and guests there all day, including yoga and Pilates. There will be plenty of chances to meet Joe throughout the day, too!
This is a family-friendly festival, so kids won’t be bored! There’ll be a mass meditation activity aimed at both adults and children on the main stage with Little Tweaks. We’ll have a fun-filled children’s area with activities that’ll keep kids aged 0-12 engaged and entertained (think face painting and interactive games and activities!)
We want to inspire and motivate you to look after YOU, which is why we’ve brought on a host of amazing speakers for the event, who will touch on important topics: wellbeing, sleep, food, mental health, and motivation.
Enjoy an ice bath, a massage, forest bathing, laughter yoga, breathwork – there are so many wellbeing activities on the day for you to enjoy. And best of all, everything is included in your ticket price.
The ticket price includes entry to the botanic gardens at Kew as well, which usually costs £24. You can enjoy the gardens throughout the day, and after the festival finishes.
