BBQ Chicken Wrap with Herb Slaw
Bosh! Give this quick and easy BBQ chicken wrap a go. It's a real winner.
Put the butternut squash into a heatproof bowl with a splash of water, cover and microwave for 3-4 minutes until soft then set aside to cool.
Once cooled, add to a blender along with the rest of the ingredients and blitz until smooth.
